Deep Tissue Massage releases muscles, which are held in spasm from injury or simply sitting for long periods at work. Our Deep Tissue Therapists work closely with the Physios to loosen the specific muscles which pull on your joints and nerves- regular Deep Tissue work will not only help to relieve general aches and pains, it improves the condition of your body and prevents pain from taking hold.
